Job summary

Holidu in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager Italy Northwest to lead outbound sales for vacation rental hosts across the region. The role combines cold outreach, end-to-end sales, and regional travel to build our presence in the Northwest.

You will drive monthly targets, onboard new team members, and collaborate with international sales colleagues. The position offers a generous OTE with a 70/30 split and potential multipliers, reflecting strong performance in a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in sales or business development.
• Near native Italian skills and fluent English.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel, including quarterly trips to Catania.
• Experience in travel or online business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
• Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets.
• Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
• Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
• Help in organising events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.
• Travel to our Catania office for one working week per quarter, (accommodation costs covered by the company) to collaborate closely with your team and participate in trainings and team activities.
