Allianz in Milan, Italy, seeks a Risk Engineering professional to develop and execute the strategy for Constructions and Corporate Client risks in the Italian market. You will work with the Group to support local strategy and achieve Mid Corporate targets and serve as contact for agents/brokers.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Industrial, Civil, Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 to 15 years of proven experience in underwriting profitable Risk Engineering for corporate and construction risks as well as Engineering Professional Firms.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the strategy for Constructions and Corporate Client risks into the Italian market.
• Support local strategy to achieve Allianz Mid Corporate targets.
• Act as contact person for agents/brokers working with Risk Engineering Team.
• Ensure underwriting authority adherence and pricing guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims and other product lines to implement strategies including cross-selling.
• Support development and implementation of new/modified products.
• Contribute to new business acquisition and retention through agent/broker negotiations.
• Communicate local business strategy externally.
