Allianz Group in Milan leads the strategy for Property & Multinational risks in Italy, working with the Group to support Allianz Mid Corporate targets. You will be the contact person for agents and brokers working with the Property Team, coordinating with Sales, Risk Consulting and Claims to ensure a robust underwriting lifecycle.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or Economics or Law or equivalent Experience.
• At least 3 proven experience in underwriting profitable Property business for Corporate Clients both PD/BI and Theft.
• Preference if also experienced in Multinational clients and knowledge in Liability.

Mansioni

• Ensure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines.
• Steer and control the portfolio at local level to drive financial targets.
• Liaise with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims and other product lines to achieve marketing strategies and cross-selling.
• Ensure underwriting consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines and local regulatory framework.
• Support development and implementation of new/modified products.
• Support acquisition and retention of business including agent/broker negotiations.
• Communicate local business strategy externally.
