Enemix in Milan seeks two Business Development Managers to drive full lifecycle renewables projects from land acquisition through financial close. You will engage landowners, navigate permitting, and coordinate with technical, financial and legal teams toward successful outcomes.

The role requires about 7 years in renewables, strong IRR/financial literacy, and fluent Italian with English. The position offers hybrid work (3 days in Milan, 2 from home) and opportunities to scale from origination

Competenze

Around 7 years of renewable energy project development experience.
Full cycle experience from land acquisition through to financial close.
Fluent Italian and strong English with senior-management communication.

Mansioni

Lead land acquisition and stakeholder engagement with landowners, municipalities, and grid operators.
Navigate planning and permitting processes independently with local authorities.
Coordinate across technical, financial and legal teams toward financial close.
Manage project economics, IRR impact, and land agreement renegotiations.
Support route-to-market definition, EPC strategy and financial close preparation.
Work on both legacy assets and new greenfield origination in northern Italy.
