Eurowind Energy, based in Milan, Italy, seeks a Senior Business Developer to take ownership of wind and PV projects from origination to construction within the Italian team. You will work closely with M&A, Legal, Financing and EPC departments, shaping strategic development and investment decisions.

The candidate should have a MSc in a relevant field and 4–5 years in project valuation, M&A and structuring, with fluent Italian and English and willingness to travel in Italy.

Competenze

• Experience in renewable energy sector.
• 4-5 years' hands-on experience in project valuation, M&A and structuring.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Screen, evaluate, and support acquisition of attractive renewable energy projects.
• Identify new onshore wind and PV development opportunities in Italy.
• Prepare investment memoranda and approvals to support board decisions.
• Coordinate internal teams through NBO and BO stages of transactions.
• Support financing to reach financial close and through COD and construction.
