Beko Europe is seeking a motivated analytics intern to join the Infrastructure & Operations organization. You will support operational excellence across Network, Cloud, SAP, End User Services, Data Center, Security and Infrastructure Operations while gaining hands-on IT operations experience.

You will build KPI dashboards, automate routine reporting, and transform data into clear management insights, with a focus on cross-domain collaboration and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Pursuing a master's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Data Analytics or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization capability are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to learn enterprise technologies.

Beko Europe is looking for a motivated and analytical intern to join the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization. The intern will support operational excellence initiatives across multiple technology domains, including Network, Cloud, SAP, End User Services, Data Center, Security and Infrastructure Operations.

The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations while contributing to data-driven decision-making, performance analytics, process improvement and automation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include

Operational Performance Analytics

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data from multiple infrastructure domains.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.
• Support the creation of regular management reports and executive summaries.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement.
• Measure operational performance against SLAs, KPIs, and service targets.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Support the identification of repetitive operational activities suitable for automation.
• Develop simple automations, scripts, and workflows using modern IT and productivity tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Infrastructure & Operations.
• Assist in standardizing operational reporting and data collection processes.

Cross-Domain Infrastructure Support

• Collaborate with Network, Cloud, SAP, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams.
• Support operational reviews, service governance activities, and improvement programs.
• Assist in incident trend analysis, problem management reviews, and root-cause investigations.
• Participate in operational meetings and contribute data-driven insights.
• Build dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar analytics platforms.
• Transform complex operational data into clear management insights.
• Support executive presentations and operational review materials.
• Currently pursuing a master's degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Power BI or other reporting tools
• Data analysis and visualization techniques
• SQL, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) - basic understanding
• IT Infrastructure concepts (networking, servers, virtualization, SAP, cloud services)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Curiosity and willingness to learn enterprise technologies
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
• Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
