Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Quick Commerce Operations Specialist for the ITSEE region. You will own regional operational performance, drive efficiency in picking, packing, and delivery, and implement initiatives that impact P&L and customer experience.

You will coordinate with Partner Ops, optimize key metrics, and scale best practices across ITSEE markets, while leveraging data to identify opportunities for value creation.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Project Management within Quick Commerce.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; comfortable building dashboards.
• Ability to tell a data-driven story to stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead regional Partner Ops initiatives and coordinate with global teams.
• Optimize KPIs such as item not delivered, cancellations, and waiting time.
• Develop models to improve order picking, speed, and accuracy.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives for big orders and bundles.
• Bridge Q-Commerce needs with Supply Operations to maximize outcomes.
