Glovo, part of Delivery Hero, seeks a Quick Commerce Operations Specialist to bridge commercial ambition and operational excellence for the ITSEE region. You will own regional performance, optimize picking, packing, and delivery, and drive value with region-wide initiatives that impact P&L and customer experience.

You'll lead partner ops projects, KPI optimization, and cross-functional liaison, building analytics frameworks, unified reporting, and scalable best practices across ITSEE markets.

Competenze

• Experience: 3+ years in Operations, Logistics, or Project Management, ideally within Quick Commerce.
• Analytical rigor: proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel, dashboards and data storytelling.
• Operational mindset: execution-focused with attention to store operations and courier behavior.
• Process oriented: builds frameworks, automates, scales and measures new processes.
• Stakeholder management: ability to influence cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural setup.
• Languages: Fluency in English.

Job Description

As the Quick Commerce Operations Specialist, you will be the bridge between commercial ambition and operational excellence for the ITSEE region. You will own the operational performance of our Q-Commerce business across the region.

You will act as the regional engine for efficiency and optimizing how we pick, pack, and deliver. Whether it's reducing cancellations, optimizing the cost of large orders, or launching in-store picker models, you will be the go-to expert driving the execution of initiatives that directly impact our P&L and customer experience.

You will be on top of the regional performance, identify opportunities and unlock value by implementing region-wide initiatives across all quick commerce levers.

ROLE RESPONSIIBLITIES

Partner Operations

HQ Project implementation: Lead the regional coordination of Partner Ops initiatives in strict alignment with global team initiatives (e.g. picker accounts, Wait for Assembly,...)

KPI Optimization: Act as the primary enabler for local teams to hit targets on key operational metrics, including IND (Item Not Delivered, Cancellations, and Waiting Time)

Picking Excellence: Strategize and implement models to improve the overall execution of orders, finding commercially viable ways to improve order accuracy and speed.

Big Order & Bundling Strategy: Implement specific initiatives to reduce the cost of "Big Orders" in line with global initiatives

Cross-Functional Liaison: Bridge the gap between Q-Commerce needs and the core Supply Operations team to ensure the best outcomes Glovo

Q-Commerce Analytical Framework & Performance

Analytical Ownership: Design and own the QC analytical framework for the ITSEE region. You will be responsible for how we "view" the business operationally.

Unified Reporting: Ensure a unified approach to evaluating business performance across all ITSEE markets, ensuring data consistency and transparency. Owner of key documents like MP and Superdocs.

Opportunity Mapping: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks through deep-dive data analysis and turn those insights into actionable improvement plans.

Best Practice Scaling: Act as the regional knowledge hub, ensuring that a win in one city or country is quickly shared and implemented across the entire ITSEE group.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE RIDE

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Project Management, ideally within Quick Commerce.

Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel is essential. You must be comfortable building dashboards and finding the "story" behind the data.

Operational Mindset: You are an execution-focused professional (IC2 level) who isn't afraid to get into the details of store operations or courier behavior.

Process Oriented: You enjoy building frameworks and finding the simplest way to automate, scale, drive adoption and measure new processes.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and enjoying a multi-cultural setup

Languages: Fluency in English
