Glovo is seeking a Regional Operations & Analytics Lead for ITSEE to drive efficiency in picking, packing and delivery, aligning commercial goals with execution. You will own regional performance, reduce cancellations, manage large orders, and scale best practices across markets.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, turn data insights into concrete improvements, and deliver faster, cheaper, and more reliable service. 3+ years in Ops or PM preferred.

• 3+ years in Operations, Logistics, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; able to build dashboards and interpret data storytelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence in a multicultural environment.

• Coordinate regional Partner Ops initiatives in line with global programs.
• Enable local teams to hit performance targets on operational metrics (e.g., Cancellations, Waiting Time).
• Develop strategies to improve order picking accuracy and speed in a commercially viable way.

• Bridge Q-Commerce needs with the core Supply Operations team to optimize outcomes.

In this role you drive operational excellence for Glovo’s ITSEE Quick Commerce region, aligning commercial goals with execution. You will own regional performance, optimizing picking, packing, and delivery while reducing cancellations and managing large orders. As the regional engine for efficiency, you’ll implement initiatives that impact P&L and customer experience, and scale best practices across markets. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn data insights into concrete improvements and faster, cheaper, and more reliable service. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of operations, analytics, and regional strategy, with a clear impact on growth and service quality.

• Coordinate regional Partner Ops initiatives in line with global programs (e.g., picker accounts, Wait for Assembly).
• Enable local teams to hit performance targets on operational metrics (Item Not Delivered, Cancellations, Waiting Time).
• Develop strategies to improve order picking accuracy and speed in a commercially viable way.
• Implement initiatives to reduce 'Big Orders' costs consistent with global programs.
• Bridge Q-Commerce needs with the core Supply Operations team to optimize outcomes.
• Design and own the QC analytical framework for the ITSEE region.
• Maintain unified reporting across ITSEE markets to ensure data consistency.
