P3 Logistic Parks in Milan is seeking an experienced Property Manager to maximize asset value, tenant satisfaction, and ESG performance across a logistics portfolio. The role requires combining financial acumen with technical and administrative oversight and strong relationships with tenants.

You will lead lease administration, oversee budgets and capex coordination, supervise third-party vendors, and support leasing strategies while traveling between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or logistics properties, with responsibility for financial, technical, and administrative performance.
• Independent and analytical, comfortable managing several projects simultaneously and using data to drive decisions.
• Strong relationship and negotiation skills, able to maintain trusted client relationships while being assertive when necessary.
• Relevant industry/technical knowledge, preferably logistics or industrial real estate, with solid knowledge of building maintenance and contracts.
• Fluent Italian and English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Financial & administrative property management: invoice, collect, and manage rental payments; oversee lease administration; provide monthly financial reporting; manage rent adjustments.
• Technical property management: handle tenders, repairs, CapEx projects; coordinate emergency responses 24/7; conduct quarterly site visits; oversee insurance claims; manage third-party providers.
• Commercial asset & property management: build strong tenant relationships; support leasing strategies and market positioning; develop business plans; provide asset valuation support; oversee marketing initiatives.
• ESG, reporting & data management: maintain real-time financial tracking; provide monthly rent/expenses reports; conduct annual reconciliations; keep documentation up to date; track ESG performance data.
