P3 Logistic Parks is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join its Italian team in Milan. The role owns financial, technical and administrative performance for commercial/logistics real estate and requires 7–10 years of experience, plus fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years managing commercial/logistics/industrial real estate with full ownership of financial, technical and administrative performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assets and drive operational/financial performance.
• Autonomous and data-driven, capable of translating data into insights with tools like Yardi/Tableau.
• Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills with tenants, suppliers and clients.
• Solid knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and service contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial and administrative property management activities across multiple assets.
• Oversee lease administration, renewals and enforcement with accurate reporting.
• Coordinate CapEx/OpEx budgets and maintenance plans.
• Manage tenders, repairs, and third-party providers within budget.
• Conduct site visits and monitor safety, compliance and tenant satisfaction.
• Support asset valuations, acquisitions and dispositions with strategic input.
