P3 Logistic Parks group seeks an experienced Investment Analyst for our Italian team in Milan. You will support sourcing, underwriting and assessment of logistics real estate opportunities, building broker relationships and coordinating due diligence.

Strong analytical abilities and Italian language skills are essential. You will contribute to investment memoranda, financial models and market research, while collaborating with internal and external partners to drive successful outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience in Italian logistics real estate investments.
• Strong analytical skills to assess investment potential and pricing.
• Ability to build and maintain a broker network in collaboration with the local team.

Mansioni

• Support sourcing, underwriting and assessment of logistics real estate opportunities in Italy.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors and off-market sources.
• Prepare investment memoranda and financial models; assist due diligence and transaction processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely analyses and documentation.
• Contribute to financing presentations and market research reports.
