Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Quality Engineer in Padova to identify and mitigate product quality risks during development, bridging customer requirements, field issues and design teams to build quality in from the start. You will drive DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ definition, and deliver quality artifacts to support robust product launches.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with quality systems, problem solving and risk analysis.
• Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and influence at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge customer requirements, field issues, and design teams to ensure proper understanding and action on field quality problems.
• Provide quality goals, customer requirements, and lessons learned to project teams.
• Escalate issues potentially affecting Customer Satisfaction and ensure action closure or mitigation plans.
• Ensure completion of quality-related tasks at each stage gate review.
• Collaborate with R&D for DFMEA completion and CTQ definition; track RPN targets.
• Deploy all quality deliverables (PFMEA, PQCP, PPEP, CQCP) to projects.
