Schneider Electric’s Cooling unit seeks a Project Quality Engineer in Conselve, Italy to identify and mitigate product quality risks during development. You will bridge customer requirements with design teams, drive DFMEA/PFMEA activities, and ensure all quality deliverables are deployed across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment, ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to quality goals for factory production and

Competenze

• Bridge between customer requirements, field issues, and the design teams.
• Provide customer requirements, quality goals, and historical lessons learned.
• Escalate important project issues potentially impacting Customer Satisfaction.
• Ensure open actions are closed with mitigation plans for production.
• Ensure completion of key quality tasks at each project stage gate review.
• Collaborate with R&D for DFMEA and CTQ definitions.
• Deploy quality deliverables (PFMEA, PQCP, PPEP, CQCP).
