Experteer Italy seeks a Project Quality Engineer/Manager to identify and mitigate product quality risks during development, bridging customer requirements with design teams to ensure quality is built in from the start. You will drive DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ definition, and quality deliverables for robust product launches.

You will collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to prevent issues, escalate quality risks, and ensure action closure across stage gates and project milestones.

Formación

• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with quality systems, problem solving, and risk analysis.
• Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and influence at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge customer requirements, field issues, and design teams to ensure proper understanding and action on field quality problems.
• Provide quality goals, customer requirements, and lessons learned to project teams.
• Escalate issues potentially affecting Customer Satisfaction and ensure action closure or mitigation plans.
• Ensure completion of quality-related tasks at each stage gate review.
• Collaborate with R&D for DFMEA completion and CTQ definition; track RPN targets.
• Deploy all quality deliverables (PFMEA, PQCP, PPEP, CQCP) to projects.

Working within a matrixed organization, you will drive DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ definition, and quality deliverables to support robust product launches. You will collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to prevent issues and elevate overall product quality.
