Baker Hughes seeks an experienced Project Planning Senior Specialist to drive project plans, baselines, and schedules for medium to high complexity projects. You will coordinate with functions to ensure on-time delivery, manage risks, and provide clear customer-ready reports.

Ideal candidates bring a engineering degree, 5–8 years in project operations, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, and Primavera P6.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Approx. 5-8 years of work experience, with proven experience in project operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team, influence others and lead small teams.
• Very good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of O365 apps (MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow).
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous.
• Good knowledge/experience in Lean Six Sigma.
• Availability to travel to other BH, Supplier or Customer sites up to 50% of the time.

• Create project plan, providing target dates and timing baseline to involved functions, prioritizing critical tasks and constraints.
• Lead project planning for medium to high complexity projects.
• Evaluate and analyze risks and issues affecting project results and identify actions to shorten execution time.
• Lead problem solving and corrective actions for criticalities impacting project schedule.
• Ensure access to accurate reports and relevant documents for the customer.
• Serve as Customer reference point for project planning aspects.
• Update and review the Project Schedule and communicate progress to management.
• Monitor milestones, KPIs and prepare high-level presentations for reviews.
• Track financial milestones related to billing and forecast variances.
• Oversee fulfillment activities and certify KPIs during project closure and handoff.
