Baker Hughes seeks an experienced Project Planning Senior Specialist to drive project plans, baselines, and schedules for medium to high complexity projects. You will coordinate with functions to ensure on-time delivery, manage risks, and provide clear customer-ready reports.

Ideal candidates bring a engineering degree, 5–8 years in project operations, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, and Primavera P6.

• Approx. 5-8 years of work experience, with proven experience in project operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team, influence others and lead small teams.
• Very good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of O365 apps (MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow).
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous.
• Good knowledge/experience in Lean Six Sigma.
• Availability to travel to other BH, Supplier or Customer sites up to 50% of the time.

The Project Management Senior Specialist - Project Planning will be collaborating with others to build the best solutions for our business. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Creating project plan, providing target dates and timing base line to involved functions, prioritizing critical tasks and constraints, making sure they are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
• Leading project planning for medium to high complexity projects.
• Evaluating and analyzing jointly risks and issues affecting project results and identifying actions to shorten execution and delivery lead time.
• Leading problem solving and corrective actions definition for all criticalities potentially impacting project schedule.
• Guaranteeing other functions have access to accurate reports and projections and relevant documents are available for the customer.
• Being Customer reference point for Project planning related aspects.
• Updating and reviewing the Project Schedule, assessing, and verifying the activities progress, identifying current or future risks, and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
• Maintaining the progress & main schedule risks for each project and regularly communicate updates to his/her manager.
• Showing summary indicators such as summary schedules, forecast milestones, project KPI and prepare high level presentations for management and customer reviews.
• Keeping track of project financial milestones related to billing & sales events, preparing forecast projections and target Vs actual gap analysis.
• Monitoring fulfillment activities, certifying completeness KPIs during the project closure phase until the hand off to Site operations team.
• In case of site execution (turn-key projects) or modularization projects, planning and controlling site installation and construction activities from the site opening to the final commissioning of the plant.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Approx. 5-8 years of work experience, with proven experience in project operations. Excellent project management skills, experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team, influence others and lead small teams.
• Very good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in an exciting environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Very good knowledge of O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with Sharepoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow), knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous.
• Good knowledge/experience in Lean Six Sigma.
• Availability to travel to other BH, Supplier or Customer sites up to 50% of the time when project execution needs it.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
