In this role you lead end-to-end management of complex international industrial automation projects, delivering on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. You work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate engineering, software, hardware, and commissioning, while interfacing with clients and partners. You will drive design and implementation of control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA) and ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements. This position combines technical depth with strategic project leadership to impact profitability and customer satisfaction on a global scale.

• Manage complex international projects from kick-off to final delivery (engineering, procurement, commissioning)
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, schedule, costs, risks, and quality
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, software, hardware, commissioning, supply chain)
• Act as primary contact for international clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Oversee design and implementation of control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA)

• Experience with EPC or similar contract structures – preferred
• Strong knowledge of DCS/ESD platforms, PLC platforms, SCADA/HMI systems
• Understanding of Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP
• Familiarity with IEC, ISA standards
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar
• Fluent Italian and English (C1/C2)
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20–30%)
• Strong leadership in multicultural environments
