ANDRITZ is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects in Italy. You will own execution from contract validation through commissioning, act as the single customer contact, and coordinate cross‑functional teams through all project phases.

A degree in engineering and 5+ years of project management experience are required, with strong cost control, scheduling, risk management, and English proficiency.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or equivalent). Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or leadership roles in technical or industrial environments.
• Solid understanding of project execution: engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning.
• Experience in cost control, scheduling, risk management, and project reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to interpret technical and commercial data.
• Strong decision-making in complex, time-critical projects.
• Customer orientation with commercial awareness.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to occasional international travels.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across all project phases, ensuring clear responsibilities and decision-making structures
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and execution plans
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, including mitigation planning, monitoring, and escalation management
• Ensure compliance with budget, contractual milestones, quality standards, and documentation requirements
