Competenze

• Bachelor in Engineering is required.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management experience in industrial automation.

Mansioni

• Manage international projects from kick-off to completion, coordinating engineering, software, hardware, and commissioning.
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, schedule, costs, risks, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams and act as primary liaison with clients and partners.
• Oversee design and implementation of control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA).
• Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage change orders, claims, and contractual aspects.
• Organize and lead project review meetings and report KPIs to senior management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; coordinate FAT and SAT; supervise site activities.
