Job summary

ThoughtLabs Belgium seeks a seasoned Project Manager with 10+ years of global project experience. You will lead programs using PRINCE2 and PM², coordinating multilingual international teams in energy and transport sectors.

Candidates should have strong Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, GitLab/GitHub, Git/JIRA, and Microsoft Project expertise, plus a track record on EU energy initiatives and policy modelling support. PM² / PMP / PRINCE2 certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional project management experience.
• 10+ years knowledge of recognised PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PM²) and relevant certificates.
• 10+ years in an international multilingual environment.
• 8+ years managing projects in energy and/or transport domains.
• 5+ years experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365).
• 5+ years using communication/training tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
• 5+ years experience in EU energy projects.
• 3+ years practical experience with defect tracking tools such as GitLab and GitHub, including severity/priority handling.
• 2+ years experience with project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• 2+ years experience in information systems supporting EU policy modelling and implementation.

At least 10 years of professional experience as Project Manager, verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• At least 10 years of excellent knowledge of and experience in recognised project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and PM2, verified through evidence provided in the CV and relevant certificates.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in an international multilingual environment, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in managing projects related to the energy and/or transport domain, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
• At least 5 years of excellent knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365) commonly involved in project management activities, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
• At least 5 years of expertise in using communication and training tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint), verified through evidence provided in the CV.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in managing EU energy projects, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
• At least 3 years of practical experience with defect tracking tools such as Gitlab and Github, including severity and priority handling and workflow states, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
