Job summary

ThoughtLabs Belgium seeks a seasoned Project Manager with 10+ years of global project experience. You will lead programs using PRINCE2 and PM², coordinating multilingual international teams in energy and transport sectors.

Candidates should have strong Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, GitLab/GitHub, Git/JIRA, and Microsoft Project expertise, plus a track record on EU energy initiatives and policy modelling support. PM² / PMP / PRINCE2 certifications preferred.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional project management experience.
10+ years knowledge of recognised PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PM²) and relevant certificates.
10+ years in an international multilingual environment.
8+ years managing projects in energy and/or transport domains.
5+ years experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365).
5+ years using communication/training tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
5+ years experience in EU energy projects.
3+ years practical experience with defect tracking tools such as GitLab and GitHub, including severity/priority handling.
2+ years experience with project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA).
2+ years experience in information systems supporting EU policy modelling and implementation.
