Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Project Management Senior Specialist within Climate Technology Solutions. You will lead project delivery, manage financials, and ensure customer satisfaction on complex EPC programs across hydrogen, CCUS, and energy transition technologies.

The role requires an Engineering Master’s degree, PMP/IPMA certification, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel internationally to visit customers and sites.

Competenze

• Engineering Master’s degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, or equivalent) and relevant experience in Project Management in Oil&Gas, Energy or Industrial sector
• proficiency in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash
• strong focus on value delivery and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities
• ability to manage projects in fast‑moving, ambiguous, and evolving energy‑transition environments.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) leadership throughout the project lifecycle
• thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management
• technical background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies as well as in energy transition technologies such hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal and energy storage
• availability to travel internationally to visit customers, vendors or Baker Hughes locations
• project management certification from accredited institute (e.g. PMP, IPMA)

• driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments
• being the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes
• making sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets
• addressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out.
• acting as innovator, able to work with complex EPC projects, including New Products Development (NPD) content.
• interface with subject matter experts across hydrogen technologies, CCUS processes, turbomachinery, compression, and digital solutions as applicable.
