Baker Hughes in Italy invites students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program to gain hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, and project delivery.

You will be mentored by a buddy and manager, work on real projects, and learn Health, Safety and Environment practices while engaging with global teams and leaders.

Flexible working options may be discussed; strong English communication is required; EU work permit is required.

Competenze

• Hold a Higher Technical Diploma, Post-Secondary Technical Diploma (EQF level V & VI), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Possess a valid EU work permit.
• Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A high level of energy, motivation, and initiative.

Mansioni

• Collaborating in the evaluation and assessment of potential suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet the company’s quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Supporting the management of relationships with existing suppliers, including communication, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
• Assisting in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of critical materials while minimizing excess inventory costs.
• Supporting the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders for materials and services.
• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
