Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist - Manufacturing Engineering Specialist for Testing Projects in Italy. You will lead string test planning, align with customer requirements, and drive technical direction during test execution.

The role requires a STEM degree and 4–5 years in manufacturing operations, with English proficiency and Six Sigma knowledge preferred. Flexible onsite work and career opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM is required.
• 4–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Management is preferred.
• Six Sigma training or equivalent lean tools knowledge is preferred.

Mansioni

• Drive the string test design timeline to meet customer requirements and resolve criticalities before finalizing test procedures.
• Review contractual test requirements and provide feedback to the test engineering team.
• Draft official test reports and certificates related to test running.
• Ensure project budget aligns with test procedure requirements; discuss alternative solutions with customer and management.
• Provide technical direction and support on CTQ (critical to quality) during design and test execution.
• Provide mechanical system technical assistance on test benches during plant erection.
• Capture and apply Lessons Learned through the dedicated system.
• Conduct site performance tests and provide technical assistance on demand.
