Lutechresources seeks a Principal Project Engineer (Eng) to lead and coordinate complex project engineering efforts across multidisciplinary teams in Italy. The role emphasizes interpreting business needs, optimizing technical execution, and guiding project-level strategy and planning with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have extensive project engineering experience, strong contractual acumen, and a track record of leading functional teams on international projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience as Project Engineering Manager on a project.
• 5–10 years of Project Engineering experience.
• Experience with MOPEX multi-office execution.
• Experience in Joint Venture or Consortium projects.
• Able to read and understand contractual documentation.

Mansioni

• Manage the engineering scope of a McDermott project.
• Establish and implement project procedures to meet quality and content requirements per contract documents.
• Manage the technical execution to support project business considerations.
• May lead a Unit/Area or function, or serve as PEM on smaller projects.
• Support proposals for prospective projects as needed.
• Provide direction to and coordinate with Engineering and Design Leads.
• Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan including MOPEX.
