Experience with SAP Commerce and ecommerce platforms.
Proficient in Agile processes and ceremonies.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation.
Proven stakeholder collaboration and negotiation skills.
Ability to implement accessible and user-centred design.

Responsibilities

Oversee the functional analysis, solution design, and delivery of digital products.
Shape online roadmaps with a business unit.
Serve as the main contact for the development squad and drive delivery.
Collaborate with UX, Product Owners, and other teams.
Champion accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
Utilize AI to drive innovation and efficiency.
Ensure scalable and standardised processes across units.
