Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a motivated Product Owner Intern to join the Omnichannel & Operations Backbone team. You will support the evolution of digital capabilities and core processes for seamless customer journeys across ecommerce and retail.

You will work with Product Owners and cross-functional teams on end-to-end product lifecycle activities, from business needs to requirements, testing, releases and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field is a plus.
• Strong interest in digital product development and client-focused platforms.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
• Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support collection and analysis of customer insights and data.
• Assist business needs and operational process analysis; participate in AS-IS and TO-BE mapping.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Assist Product Owners in backlog management and product documentation.
• Collaborate with Business, Digital, IT stakeholders through the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor project activities, dependencies, risks and open points.
• Support UAT and functional testing; collect user feedback and follow up on issues.
• Contribute to KPI monitoring and dashboard preparation for stakeholders.
