Qualifications

• Senior Digital Analytics and CRO professional with strong data-driven mindset.
• Experience conducting in-depth analytics for UX/UI
• Proven track record in running experimentation programs including A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative UX/UI analyses using GA4, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, and Contentsquare.
• Design and manage comprehensive experimentation programs including A/B testing and personalization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor junior resources.
• Drive data-driven business outcomes through CRO frameworks.
