CRIF in Bologna invites a Senior Business Analyst to shape product strategy and roadmaps. You will collaborate with product and technical teams to translate market needs into priorities and measurable improvements.

The role requires strong data analytics, BI tooling knowledge, and excellent communication. Based at CRIF Campus in Bologna, it offers a permanent contract and a starting gross salary of €32,000 per year, with final compensation aligned to profile and CCNL.

Competenze

• Degree in scientific (engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, …) or economic subjects or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or related disciplines, with a strong focus on digital products and services.
• Understanding of software architectures, APIs and integration flows, enabling effective collaboration with product and technical teams.
• Good knowledge of creditworthiness assessment processes (origination, behavioural indicators, Early Warning).
• Ability to query and analyse data using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, AWS QuickSight*) and basic SQL/Python for checks and drill-down investigations.
• A data-driven and analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in shaping and executing product roadmaps, translating market opportunities, customer feedback and business objectives into prioritized requirements and impactful product initiatives.
• Proven ability to evaluate and prioritise requirements, effectively balancing market opportunities, customer expectations and technical constraints.
• Strong interest in continuous innovation, with the ability to propose methodological solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability and long term sustainability of the product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in cross functional contexts.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Italian language at a mother tongue level.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
