ION Group (Cedacri) is seeking a Product Associate to join our Product function. The role targets professionals with 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally from consulting and financial services environments, who can leverage analytical and stakeholder management skills to shape product strategy and delivery.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Operations and business stakeholders to drive initiatives, define roadmaps, and monitor performance metrics in a fast-paced,

Competenze

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (with honours preferred).
  • 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting firms, product management, product analysis, business analysis, financial services, ICT, or related areas.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation, process optimisation, product development, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data and requirements into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, conduct analyses, and present findings effectively, ideally from a consulting background.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and financial services.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

To strengthen our Product function, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team as Product Associate. This opportunity is aimed at candidates with 3‑5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within management consulting, business consulting, digital transformation consulting, financial services consulting, or similar advisory environments. We are particularly interested in professionals who have developed strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and project delivery capabilities through consulting experiences and who are eager to apply these skills in a product‑oriented and innovation‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (with honours preferred).

What we offer
  • Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
  • Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €40,000 to €45,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Job grade to be determined upon completion of the selection process, not lower than B2 level and commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
