Jobgether SRL, partnering with an external company, seeks a Senior Product Analyst (CX) in Italy to drive growth through data-informed product decisions. You will own the product metrics framework, define reliable measurements, and partner with Product and Data teams to investigate anomalies and opportunities.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, set up tracking, and ensure test results translate into actionable insights for prioritization and strategy across a distributed organization.

Competenze

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with real-world analytics applications.
• Advanced data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization using MS SQL, Python and Excel.
• Extensive experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Understanding of marketing and product metrics to guide decisions.
• Analytical problem-solving with ability to turn findings into actions.
• Excellent collaboration with Product, Data Engineering, and leadership teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset focused on data quality and reliability.

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions tied to the north-star metric.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; specify data engineering requirements for reliable reporting.
• Investigate fluctuations and anomalies with product leads.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Validate hypotheses with quantitative analysis; prioritize problems by impact.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with sample-size, MDX, duration, and randomization.
• Verify experiment splits and report outcomes with guardrail metrics.

• Maintain a test archive and produce actionable recommendations.
• Identify data quality issues before they affect decisions.
