Lever, Inc. partner company seeks a Senior Product Designer based in Italy for a fully remote, high-impact role shaping fundraising and supporter-management platform.

You will lead research, strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design across B2B SaaS workflows, collaborating with Product and Engineering from discovery to launch in a distributed, data-informed environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience designing B2B SaaS, CRMs, ERPs, or enterprise software.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Experience with product analytics platforms to measure design impact.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Strategic and analytical mindset balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Autonomy in a distributed environment.
• Experience in nonprofit or social impact is a plus.
• Experience in high-growth startups is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead user-centered design initiatives via interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
• Translate research findings into actionable product insights and design opportunities.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering during discovery, roadmap planning, feature definition, development, and launch.
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle: journeys, information flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Validate concepts with users and stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing to clarify requirements and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Evaluate features using qualitative feedback and product analytics to measure impact.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Help prioritize design initiatives in line with the product backlog.
• Contribute to cohesive experiences across complex B2B workflows.
