Workday is seeking a Sr. Prism Analytics Consultant to guide customers on value realization post-Go-Live. You will deliver targeted consulting, demonstrations, and configuration guidance to accelerate adoption across multiple Workday modules.

You’ll maintain expertise and certifications, stay current with industry practices, and develop programs to expand feature adoption for enterprise clients in Lombardy. Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, business or engineering field.
• 3+ years Prism Analytics experience.
• 3+ years Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics.
• 5+ years HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing.
• 3+ years IT implementation experience.
• 3+ years software consulting experience.
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Prism Analytics and at least one Workday module.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver targeted consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars).
• Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s).
• Help develop new programs to drive customer feature adoption.
• Deliver other Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, configuration reviews).
