You will translate business needs into configurations, guide customers from requirements gathering through deployment, and lead knowledge transfer while supporting AI adoption initiatives.

• 7+ years in HCM software solutions or systems.
• 7+ years of consulting experience.

In this role you drive end-to-end Workday HCM implementations for a varied client portfolio, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system configurations. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from requirements gathering through deployment and knowledge transfer while supporting pre-sales efforts. You’ll work within Workday’s culture of integrity and collaboration, contributing to AI adoption initiatives and internal optimization projects. This is a growth path in a globally distributed HCM consulting practice in Italy.
