Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineering Team Leader for Integrated Solutions to guide multidisciplinary teams in the early proposal stages for modular data centers and power rooms. You will translate customer requirements into technical designs and lead coordination across architecture, civil, electrical, HVAC, monitoring and fire protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in related field.
• Excellent knowledge of data center design and related architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Leadership and people management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; CAD documentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams during proposal development (modular data centers, power rooms, cable landing stations).
• Read RFQs and tender documents; interpret customer requirements with sales.
• Coordinate and supervise technical documentation for modular data center solutions.
• Ensure conformance to codes, standards and customer specifications.
• Provide technical assistance during sales activities and travel internationally.
