Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Product Leader to own the end-to-end platform for client communications, delivering a compliant, scalable experience across channels in Italy. You will partner with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product and Engineering to unify tools and data and close regulatory gaps.

You will shape the roadmap for a greenfield, event-driven orchestration layer and a shared communication log, driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cross-functional product platform.
• Proven track record in building scalable customer communications.
• Ability to balance regulatory requirements with product goals.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own greenfield development of the shared, event-driven orchestration layer and a unified communication log
• Define and drive the initial product roadmap for the client communication platform
• Enable cross-functional collaboration across CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering
• Build a scalable system that teams across the company can readily adopt
• Close regulatory gaps and improve operational excellence through the communication platform
• Hands-on with communication/CRM platforms (Braze, Customer.io) or similar notification systems
• Experience operating in environments with competing stakeholder claims
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
