Publicis Sapient in Milan is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, supporting Digital and CRM initiatives for the Italian market. You will coordinate initiatives, align priorities, and drive progress across client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, advisory input on Digital business priorities, CRM and customer engagement, and continuous improvement of ways of working within a pragmatic,

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in project management, product, Digital transformation, CRM, marketing operations or related areas.
• Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management or Digital delivery activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in Digital, CRM and customer engagement.
• Fluent Italian and good working English.
