Capco in Milano is seeking a PMO to join our consulting team serving major financial services clients. You will understand client needs, gather data, analyze processes, and prepare client-facing material to drive effective project delivery.

You will collaborate with senior partners, facilitate workshops, deliver high-quality reports, and help identify new market opportunities that expand Capco’s footprint in Italy. This role offers exposure to top banks and a meritocratic, inclusive culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in economics or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within Financial Services or consulting.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Understand clients’ business needs to help them overcome challenges.
• Conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis while evaluating processes to provide recommendations.
• Prepare, facilitate, document, and participate in client meetings and workshops.
