IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team in Milan seeks a Pharmacovigilance leader to drive a growing function for pharma and biotech clients. You will lead a small PV team, mentor staff, and oversee day-to-day management, ensuring high-quality PV delivery across projects.

In this role you will partner with clients and internal stakeholders, support regulatory inspections, and drive process improvements while contributing to growth through proposals and training. English required.

Competenze

• Significant Pharmacovigilance experience in a CRO, pharma or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated people management experience leading PV teams.
• Strong knowledge of European PV regulations and processes.
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a small Pharmacovigilance team with coaching and day-to-day management.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance and medical information activities.
• Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across projects.
• Support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across PV processes.
• Oversee adverse event and safety case management activities.
