LSC Lifesciences Consultants in Milan is seeking an Associate Strategy Consultant to join a fast-growing, international team focused on Biopharma and MedTech. You will perform analyses, translate data into insights, and contribute to client recommendations across diverse projects.

The role offers onboarding and training, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities for accelerated promotion within a merit-based growth path in a global life sciences consultancy.

Competenze

• 1–3 years’ strategy-consulting experience, ideally with a leading firm or high-performing boutique.
• MBA, Master’s, or PhD in business, life-sciences, engineering, economics, or a closely related field.
• Life-sciences exposure valued, but not essential.
• Adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth settings and stays motivated in uncertain situations.
