Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in Italy to drive scale across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other platforms. You will own budgeting, CAC/ROAS optimization, and growth initiatives across international markets.

You will design experiments, leverage attribution tools, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to maximize LTV and ROAS while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
• Proven hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis, attribution models and payback periods.
• Practical experience with mobile measurement/attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Experience designing and executing creative testing strategies and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other platforms.
• Manage and allocate significant advertising budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods.
• Monitor campaign performance, funnels, and cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design experiments across audiences, bidding, landing pages, and creatives to reduce CAC and improve conversions.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams to refine messaging and formats using performance insights.
• Measure acquisition effectiveness through attribution, cohorts, and incrementality testing.
• Develop strategies across multiple markets to expand reach and scale profitable campaigns.
• Own campaign execution and continuous improvement to ensure sustainable business results.
