Agoda is seeking a strategic Senior Manager to lead the Performance Marketing partnership, owning the P&L, and guiding a small team across metasearch, paid search, app marketing, and CRM. You'll shape marketing strategy, drive data-driven decisions, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable revenue impact through rigorous experimentation and analytics.

Your remit spans budgeting, channel optimization, and executive reporting, with a strong emphasis on ROI and partnership

Competenze

7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO).
Experience optimizing marketing campaigns toward ROI/profitability targets.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Comfort with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

Lead a team of 2-3 marketing specialists and set OKRs aligned to partnership goals.
Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership and influence ROI targets.
Develop analytics roadmap and run SQL-based analyses to inform strategy.
Guide channel strategies and ensure execution excellence across metasearch, paid search, app marketing, and CRM.
