Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking a Senior Payroll and Administration Specialist to join the team in Italy. You will manage the payroll cycle end-to-end, ensure staff data accuracy, liaise with external providers, and support HR processes across national and international projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in payroll, strong knowledge of Italian Labour Law, and experience with Zucchetti Infinity; Workday is a plus. Fluent English is required and a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in-house or at an payroll/accounting firm.
• Deep knowledge of Italian Labour Law.
• Experience with Zucchetti Infinity; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff data input and payroll lifecycle management from hire to exit.
• Manage attendance and presence/absence, sickness, holidays, and leaves.
• Oversee payroll cycle with external provider and produce payroll reports.
• Provide HR administrative support across lifecycle and respond to payroll/benefits queries.
• Collaborate on HR projects nationally and internationally.
• Maintain HR records and internal databases.
