The Senior Payroll Specialist at Cytiva is the senior subject‑matter expert and operational lead for payroll across assigned regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder confidence. This role reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA and supports remote or on-site locations.

Responsibilities include ownership for complex multi-country payrolls across EMEA, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and system upgrades; drive harmonization and continuous improvement of

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business and 7+ years of payroll experience.
• 5+ years processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records and conduct regular audits for data accuracy.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and standardized workflows.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures.
