Nokia in Reggio Emilia, Emilia Romagna, seeks a Senior Optical Transceiver Engineer to drive evaluation, validation, and introduction of pluggable transceivers for Datacom and Telecom (100G–1.6T).

You will lead test strategy, coordinate remote validation, and perform lab validation in automated environments while managing projects and coordinating with PLM, suppliers, and validation teams to align with Nokia's product roadmap.

Competenze

• Experience with pluggable optical transceivers for Datacom and Telecom.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and strong communication in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Evaluate, validate and introduce pluggable transceivers (100G–1.6T) into Nokia's portfolio.
• Define requirements and procurement specs with PLM and suppliers.
• Develop test strategies and coordinate remote validation and lab testing in automated environments.
