Nokia is seeking a Senior Optical Transceiver Engineer to drive evaluation, validation and introduction of advanced pluggable transceivers for Datacom and Telecom (100G–1.6T). You will define requirements, support supplier selection, and shape the product portfolio, leading test strategy and lab validation in automated environments.

You will work with PLM and suppliers, manage projects, and collaborate across global teams while traveling internationally as needed.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian language skills.
• Senior level autonomy in a technical role.

Mansioni

• Evaluate, validate and introduce pluggable optical transceivers (Datacom/Telecom, 100G–1.6T).
• Define application requirements and supplier specs with PLM and suppliers.
• Support supplier selection, RFQ processes and vendor evaluations.
