Stefanini Group is seeking an Onsite IT Technician to provide face-to-face user support at a client site in Riva Trigoso. The role is permanent and based 100% onsite, with 40 hours per week.

Salary starts at 26,000 EUR gross per year, with final offer based on experience and seniority. Stefanini Group offers a Terziario Commercio CBA with meal vouchers, medical insurance, referral bonuses, and access to Stefanini LinkedIn Learning trainings in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical ICT environment.
• General End User technology knowledge.
• End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management).
• End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM).
• ItSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred.

Mansioni

• Hardware installation, movement and de-installation.

Job Description

We are seeking an Onsite IT Technician with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to provide face-to-face IT support to users. The role will be permanent and based at the client's site in Riva Trigoso.

Job Responsibilities

• Hardware installation, movement and de-installation;
• Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers and scanners);
• System and application changes testing, scripts preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment;
• Small project management related with new hardware or software installation;
• Software, patches and updates installation using MS SCCM.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical ICT environment;
• General End User technology knowledge;
• End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);
• End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);
• ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred.

Language proficiency

• Italian: Excellent written and spoken proficiency
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency

Work conditions

Working hours: 40 working hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Working set-up: 100% onsite

Salary starting with 26.000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level.

The final salary offer will be determined based on gender-neutral, objective criteria, such as, but not limited to the experience and seniority level required for the role, as outlined in the job description. This will be further assessed during the technical interview.
