Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer to grow the OEM business across Modena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, and Bologna. You will lead complex sales cycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and tailor solutions to customer needs, while promoting Eaton’s digital ecosystem and channels.

You will identify growth opportunities within key accounts and prospect new customers, shaping go-to-market strategies and mentoring external agencies to expand the channel.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in OEM or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Lead prospecting activities, including lead generation and qualification.
Conduct thorough needs discovery and opportunity qualification.
Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers.
Design tailored offers and manage quotation processes.
Present and demonstrate solutions to customers.
Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals.
Ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
Monitor pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and maintain CRM accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support channel partners and agencies to drive business growth.
