Eaton Corporation’s Electrical division seeks a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer (BO, FE, FC, RSM) based in Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna area. You will drive OEM business growth across Central Italy and translate customer priorities into value-oriented solutions with a consultative sales approach.

In this hybrid role you will manage end-to-end sales processes, build account strategies, prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years in technical sales (OEM/industrial)
• Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex sales cycles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Results-driven with focus on customer value creation
• Fluency in Italian and English
